Symposium on Sustainable Construction and Design

Important notice: 2012's edition of SCAD has been moved to February 13, 2012!

The next SCAD conference, with an open call for papers, will be held in 2013.
In February 2012 the Symposium on Sustainable Construction and Design will take place. The symposium focuses on the research performed at the Laboratory Soete and its research partner institutions. Research in the following fields is covered:

The full program of SCAD 2012 is now available.

SCAD Journal Issue 3 2011 released.The SCAD journal is now also available through the open access database Open J-Gate.

Paper submission has been opened, and a full paper template has been added. Important dates have been updated.

The SCAD journal is now available through the Directory of Open Access Journals. In this scientific database, the journal received the SPARC Europe Seal for open access journals.

Being a new conference, the SCAD format is still changing year by year.
In the last conference board meeting, it was decided to organize the conference biannually. Consequently, in 2012 a SCAD Symposium will take place with a focus on the researchers of the Laboratory Soete and its partner research institutions.
The next SCAD conference with a a call for papers open for everyone, will be held in 2013.
